Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted from Tepali at any time. Requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Disconnect Facebook & Instagram

If your practice connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to Tepali:

1. Sign in at app.tepali.com.
2. Go to Settings → Integrations.
3. On the Meta card, choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes Tepali’s access to your Page and Instagram account and stops further collection. To also delete previously imported data, email founders@tepali.com.

Delete your account

To delete your practice’s account and its data, email founders@tepali.com with the subject “Account deletion”. We will verify the request and delete the account’s data, except records we are required to retain by law.

Clients of a practice

If you interacted with a practice that uses Tepali — for example through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or message — you can ask the practice to delete your information, or email founders@tepali.com with the practice name and the contact detail your information is under.
