Company
Best friends since the seventh grade.
We're Vishnu and Chrisvin. We met on our seventh-grade basketball team and have been best friends ever since. Fifteen years later, we walked on stage at Y Combinator to present Tepali — the company we started together.

Tepali started with a friend. One of our closest friends owns a med spa, and we watched him run it on ten to twelve disconnected pieces of software — one tool for booking, another for charting, another for payments, texting, marketing, inventory. None of them talked to each other, and the gaps between them were filled with his time: missed calls, after-hours charting, leads that went cold before anyone followed up.
We had each spent our careers inside that exact problem. Vishnu built vertical SaaS at Dripos (YC S20), the all-in-one point of sale used by thousands of coffee shops, where he saw how much a service business changes when its software finally works as one system. Chrisvin scaled operations at Rilla, a vertical AI company, where he saw what happens when AI is applied to high-ticket service industries.
So we built Tepali: one system of record for the med spa — front desk, EMR, point of sale, and marketing — with AI agents at the center that answer every call, book appointments, draft the chart, and follow up with every lead. Owners get their evenings back; clients get a practice that responds in seconds, around the clock.
Tepali is built by Lotus Artificial Intelligence Corporation and backed by Y Combinator and the investors behind OpenAI, DoorDash, and Airbnb. Know someone who owns a med spa? Intro us at founders@tepali.com.
