Tepali serves medical spas and aesthetics practices (injectables, lasers,
skin) as well as wellness clinics: IV therapy, weight loss, hormone
therapy, peptide, and longevity practices. All are cash-pay medical
businesses that need charting, consent, and inventory tracking without
insurance billing.

Tepali is built by Lotus Artificial Intelligence Corporation and is backed
by Y Combinator and the investors behind OpenAI, DoorDash, and Airbnb.

- Front Desk: an AI receptionist answers phone calls and texts 24/7; leads
  from ads, Instagram DMs, and website interest forms are followed up and
  converted into booked consultations; every channel (SMS, phone, Instagram)
  lands in one unified inbox; scheduling validates providers, rooms, and
  equipment against each location's booking rules
- EMR: intake and consent forms sent automatically; an ambient scribe turns
  the visit's conversation into complete, service-specific SOAP charts ready
  to sign; injection points are mapped on the client's own photos; AI
  before/after previews help clients see likely results
- Point of Sale: the cart fills itself from the visit; inventory tracks
  units and lots with low-stock alerts; payments (Stripe Terminal),
  memberships, packages, and gift cards sold at the counter
- Marketing: reviews requested and answered automatically; campaign
  automations such as no-show recovery, win-backs, and waitlist auto-fill;
  ask-anything AI reports over the business's own data
